OnyxSparrow.com was established in November of 2003 with a simple purpose in mind... well a few purposes, but still very simple really! First off, it was created as a place where it's owner (that would be me... hi :) ) could have a creative outlet for his various projects and display his newly budding Mad Skills. This was a very sad time indeed...

But soon after, the website gained a more usefull purpose. It became the host of the owner's (me still) online portfolio, which would of course be used to show potential employers his Mad Skills. By this time it was not such a very sad time.

The next phase was the creation of the #Vampire_Underground_Caves homepage, an area of the site dedicated to the events and information about the mIRC RolePlaying channel of the same name on Sorcercy.net... which became a place to display Mad Skills while telling people about his Mad Skills as an RPG GameMaster. Do you see the pattern forming?

So then, this went on for awhile, and new things were added to the site on a regular basis including the almighty Creature Database, which of course is a virtual font of Mad Skills waiting to be unleashed... as soon as we start getting more creatures into said database. Two and a half years later, after the expansion of flash interactive sections, shockwave games, ColdFusion-based database systems, an online forum, and the creation of our own online stores, you would think that we have nowhere else to go...

but you would be wrong says I!

Early in the month of Febuary, OnyxSparrow.com began the creation of our own online Web Comic called "Prepare to Die". While it is still in it's fledgling stages at the time of this writting, it's presence is most assuredly spreading and it is warmly being embraced by the internet legions. Trust me, I know, I've seen em embracing it!

So what is in the future of OnyxSparrow.com? we don't know any better than you do. But we do garuntee this: whatever it may be, it will probably involve Mad Skills of some kind or another.
